Grand Soleil

As part of our long-standing collaboration with Grand Hôtel in Stockholm, Studio Ramson had the great honor of designing their Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, Grand Soleil. For this project, we were responsible for the full interior concept, including bespoke furniture design, choosing the colour palette, and the curation of lighting and decorative elements.

With a color palette in hues of green and yellows, combined with striking patterns we created a vibrant and welcoming environment. The layout was developed together with the architectural bureau Tengbom.

To really capture the Mediterranean feeling, we focused on bringing in as much daylight as possible. Large windows—designed to also function as doors—help blur the line between inside and out, and let the space feel open and light.
